Perched atop Vieux Sucre, our private villa offers breathtaking views overlooking Pigeon Island and Rodney Bay Marina. Black Pearl is a true piece of paradise where privacy, peace, and tranquility are interrupted only by bird songs.
We designed this open-style home to maximize your enjoyment of the Caribbean's natural elements: the sea, the sun, and the vibrant nature. The property is surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, including many flowers and fruit trees (such as lime, mangoes, and coconuts).
While the setting feels completely secluded and relaxing, you are only a seven-minute drive from Rodney Bay, where you can find beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, and more.
The entire property, including the house and pool, is exclusively yours during your stay. We offer three air-conditioned bedrooms, a complimentary exercise machine, free Wi-Fi, and a LED TV.
Important Note on Transportation: As the villa is located on a hill, we highly recommend renting a vehicle. A 4x4 or AWD is suggested for the most comfortable access.
We are Sylvia and Bruno, the owners and your hosts. We live close by, and Sylvia (St. Lucian) and Bruno (French) have a wealth of local knowledge. We will welcome you upon arrival and are available whenever necessary to ensure your stay in St. Lucia is memorable.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 5 days away at time of booking..
